Test it
before it
moves.

AI is going into robot arms, machines and vehicles. Before it ships, it has to be tested on real hardware, in real conditions, until it fails safely. We are building the test bed to do that.

Unsafe software leaks data.
Unsafe hardware can kill someone.

  1. 01Software fails with an error. Hardware fails with a person standing in the way.
  2. 02Simulators are not enough. The real world throws variables no one modeled. The test has to happen on real machines.
  3. 03Safety has to be measured. Not claimed in a launch post. Measured, on the hardware, before deployment.

What we test

  • Does it do the job? The task, on real parts, to the plant's own standard.
  • Does it stop? Guards open, parts jam, sensors lie, people walk in. It has to fail safe.
  • Does it stay inside? It runs on the plant's closed network, with nothing leaving the site.

Before AI moves
anything real.

deployhard is the second step of hailmarylabs: real factory data now, real hardware tests next, inference for everything that makes things later.
